Billing Policy

All customers agree to a billing procedure that is automatic each month or each year, depending on plan opted for. All billing is done via electronic debit from an authorized bank credit card only. At The Beach® Enterprises Inc will not send notification whether postal or electronic when billing transpires. Customer also understands and agrees that automatic debiting of fees is required for this program. Billing will begin immediately and thereafter, depending on plan opted for, every month or every year. In the event a credit card is returned as "declined" we will attempt to claim funds from your card on (3) three separate occasions before suspension of your account occurs.

Termination Policy

Listings in the guides are considered a service and not a product. To cancel, you must delete your listing in the maintenance menu. However, no listing term will be prorated. Your billing will be terminated on your next billing cycle, whether it be monthly or annually.

Terms of Use

As a user of the guides provided At The Beach® Enterprises, Inc. and its services you agree to be bound and abide by the terms of use described here. At any time, we may terminate your listing or cancel or refuse to honor any subscription request, without notice, for any fraudulent or abusive conduct that we believe may violate any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests of another or the general public.
